Of course. She is quite perfect.
Apparently, West Ham are going to make another deal for Carroll.
West Ham have matched Andy Carroll's £90,000 a week wage to try to draw him to Upton Park.

Agreed. I hope that it was a typo, he can't possibly be on that much.

It makes me wonder how much the likes of Gerrard, Carragher and Suarez are on.

Keep reading that Carroll is on about 80k a week.

Wouldn't surprise me, if he cost £35m then you'd expect the wages to match somewhat.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Agree with that Zzonked i would think he is on very near to what it says.
Carroll's wages may also be a problem at St James' Park. His weekly pay went from £20,000 to £80,000 when he joined Liverpool, and that puts him considerably above Newcastle's basic wage ceiling.

Aquilani has completed his move to Fiorentina.

I think Sports Illustrated are reliable.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
It seems to me he just doesn't want to be here, that's three managers now who've all tried to get rid of him.
Apparently Joe Allen is a done deal.

No wonder he doesn't want to be there. Whoever comes in doesn't seem to want him, for whatever reason. If he stayed fit and settled in he'd be one of your best midfielders.

I think the 125k a week Aquilani is supposedly on, has something to do with Liverpool wanting him out.

We sell him for 4 to 5 million or whatever and we are supposedly paying half his wages for two years(1.7million per year)

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
I can't help but believe Allen will flop massively. It's great that he's not in the £20 millions like Downing and Henderson but £12.5m is still a big price for somebody who's had one year in the Premier League. I hope to god Rodgers knows what he's doing.FabioBorini_29 wrote:Allen apparently a done deal, according to someone who's never gotten things wrong on RAWK. djphal or something.

Nah, I think Allen would be a good signing. Allen and Lucas playing next to each other could ooze class and I'm not sure many people will disagree with that. It's about time we had someone who can cover Lucas.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
I agree with the midfield pairing. Lucas and Allen should be able to read each-other like a book. Would certainly give Gerrard a chance to get forward more often(Much like when Masch' and Alonso were here) and we saw last night that Gerrards game upped massively when Lucas came on and he had the confidence to get forward.FabioBorini_29 wrote:Nah, I think Allen would be a good signing. Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Tbh, I've kind of lost hope for Gerrard. I personally thought he was terrible all game last night and he's not even half the player he was when he was at his peak for us. Blasting it into the net used to be his trademark, however, these days, every single one of those long range shots go miles over the bar. He loses the ball a shockingly high number of times too.
I personally, would love to see a midfield trio of Allen, Lucas and Shelvey.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
In terms of central midfield players, last night went like this for me:
Lucas (Looked like he's never been away, when he jumped into that challenge it put a smile on my face)
Spearing (Massive massive gap in class between him and Lucas. It's simple, he lacks ability, no more starts for him)
Gerrard (Started off shit and like I said got better once Lucas came on. Way waaay off his best though)
Henderson (Absolute shambles, did he complete a pass?)
As for Shelvey starting over Gerrard. I wouldn't go that far just yet.
