You like him? Good news for us. Can you tell us who you dislike so we know who is leaving?

Self righteous nobody who moderates on an internet forum. You have to delete a few posts, lock a few threads. It's not life saving work, it's moderating on a forum. The way you go on you'd think you were fighting in Afghanistan. How you got the job in the first place is a mystery. Oh yeah Happy Birthday. And cya later.

Not saying it is the end of his time at Liverpool but a new deal means fuck all. Nasri signed a new deal with Marseille then signed for Arsenal a week later.
That was probably agreed as a gesture from Nasri, for his coaching/tutoring i.e. bump the price up.

Just seen that the Daily Mail are claiming that Rodgers is targeting Ashley Williams as a replacement for Agger, if that happened.
of course though, it is the daily mail.

If £20million is offered, then of course it will be accepted. But even if he chooses to go, you can hardly blame him. He'll probably earn double what he's on now and he'll be 28 at Christmas.

Let's be serious here, he doesn't support any English team, he's 28, got a family, nearing the end of his career i.e. 4 years or something probably. One last big bumper contract to set himself up for the rest of his life ... would be silly to reject it. You'd do the same if you were in that position.

Fuck the 20 million, we want more than that if he actually does go. But give Agger time to see what happens i see he played today in the bounce match against Rochdale, the game go abandoned after 50 mins because of a Rochdale player suffering a serious ankle injury.

28 isn't exactly a bad age, he should be having his best season next season. Many footballers have families, 28 is hardly nearing the end and would he really retire at 32?

Yeah I'd stick to talking about something you know about. Though I'm not sure what that is.
We're enjoying Jackson Martinez though.

I did mention that Porto was also interested in him though, and it was either you or them.
They actually made a bid for him though.
Also, I don't remember CollieBuddz being so passive aggressive. Does not do his name justice.

I'd say 32 was sort of the end of your time in England as a CB, yeah you might go and play abroad to earn big money. But those sort of leagues I'm referencing aren't as demanding. Players like Rio Ferdinand, who is 33 ... I mean it's pretty evident that he isn't what he used to be. Lost the pace etc. Agger might get a 5 year deal at City, which he could more than retire on.

Is Agger struggling financially at the moment? Are Liverpool underpaying him?

What footballer is struggling financially?
Agger will be here for the entire of next season I guarantee that. His family are happy here, my crystal ball doesn't lie.
