Surprised they didn't score there. Good first half for us.

Jesus Dominated the whole game, that was like a training session. Bit unlucky but we did well.

They wanted a clean sheet against United. Plus weaker teams tend to do that. I don't blame themKeanoo wrote:What a boring team to play against, so fucking defensive.

He was the one that bolded it in his original post to point out the error.

Roberto Mancini has stated that Robin van Persie will not be joining Man City. When asked about his options upfront, he said it's "unlikely" that Edin Dzeko will leave the club and when asked about Robin van Persie he replied with "No, I don't think he will come here."
Could it be?Cameron. wrote:Mike Phelan will take charge of the team in Oslo, with Sir Alex on "other club business". SAF to join in Gothenburg.

Mancini usually comes out with a load of shite about these things, but if Dzeko does stay as well as Aguero, Tevez, Balotelli + (Adebayor & RSC) it certainly does look like they would be out of it. As well as it looking likely Conte will receive a ban I'd say if RvP does leave we'll probably be favourites.
He'll probably sign a new deal now though

Does this negative mindset, reverse psychology, really work during the transfer window?
I know it works in matches..

Tbf when it comes to transfers our fans have a right to be negative. In the past couple of years we've been "close" to signing; Benzema, Ozil, Villa, Silva, Sneijder, Sanchez, Nasri, Modric, Hazard ... we signed none of them.

I'm actually not too bothered with Rvp or Lucas, like our attack.Drew wrote:Does this negative mindset, reverse psychology, really work during the transfer window?
