I got sick of being called Babel, even though it was my name.

I've been with T-Mobile for a long time now (they're kind of shit), but I'm due for an upgrade and was thinking of getting a smart phone. I'll be receiving a decent discount on most of their phones.
What are some solid all-around ones that you'd recommend (excluding the S3)? They have stuff like HTC, Samsung S2, Motoblur (sp?), and a few others.

The S3 and HTC X One are the top phones imo. But the S2 is good too.

Isn't it amazing how Donald Faison hasn't aged in over 15 years?

When was this? I imagine you're referring to the Battle of Helm's Deep, but the elves took heavy casualties. That is if you're talking about LOTR, of course.
I'm going to watch this UFC thing to see what it's all about.

You've gone and reminded me of Haldir whatsisname getting cut down. I was just in a battle in the Third Age Total War Mod. Been pinned back for some time, but finally giving the Orcs some grief.

And the lead bad guy in Legend of the Seeker. Bit of a swerve from the noble, selfless elf. Maybe the sight of his fallen comrades corrupted his soul.

Elf fanboys in high fantasy do my head in.(not calling anyone on here an Elf fanboy by the way, was jut reminded of it by the Elf posts in this thread) they are the reason why Legolas had that awful single handedly downing a mumakil scene.
To be fair, Orlando Bloom fangirls are just as equally to blame for that scene.

Re: Chat Thread
My main fault with LOTR was the prejudice against the dwarves. All Gimli did was provide comic relief, most of the time. The Hobbit films should rectify that. Goblins won't be laughing with an axe up their crotch.

Shame that Beorn is only mentioned in the hobbit. Bloody shape-shifters, I want to know more about the origins of his kind.
Just like the Ent-women.
And the Blue Wizards. Need more info pls Tolkien.
