Get the summon spectral assassin from Dark Brotherhood quests too, as well as Shadowmere when you are in the open world. You'll have like a group of 6 people Laughing

Just started this recently. Way too addictive. Got both my smithing and light armor up in the 90+ levels. What level are you all at? I think I'm at 41.

Think I'm going to start another play through on this. Might be a magic dood, either that or a two-handed giant nord guy. Had an elvish archer before, but I finished the game with him and did most of the stuff I wanted to do. Think I might do magic because I never did the College of Winterhold line.

I started using magic a while back.. Feel like a weenie.

I'm a two handed, axe wielding, crossbow shooting Imperial. Was a werewolf for about 350 days but only because I couldn't figure out how to cure myself. Laughing

I'm Kajeet. Try to use the bow most of the time, but it's not very effective outside of sneak attacks, even using the daedric bow. I'm playing on Adept difficulty.

The bow is good if your a quick character. Just shoot and move around, you'll eventually take anything out. You can use Dragonborn jump (it's really just jumping, but no one else in the game can jump) too and reach somewhere that NPC's can't reach and pelt them with arrows. It's kinda cheap but early on before I used to do that against Tank bosses like Bandit Chiefs or Bandit Marauders. Bows aren't very good for dragon felling though. However, I don't think anything really is.

I don't really play this game to have the best weapons or armors or skills though. For example I'm a heavy armor specilist and the best heavy armor is Dragonbone (or Daedric depends on you ask) I have enough Dragon Bones to make at least 15 sets of Dragon Armor but I use Nordic Carved Armor because I think it looks better. It's more of an immersion thing for me. I like the Elder Scrolls world, so I like to make myself a character with a certain personality and chose to play that character like I think he'd react in every given situation. Like roleplaying. Kinda nerdy I know but it's fun for me. shifty

Just finished Dawnguard. On the Dawnguard side of course.

Decided to make my new character a sneaky mage type. Going to use dagger and illusion/destruction magic. Illusion will be good for creating distractions with fury, quiet casting, and invisibility. Made him a dark elf for the increase in magic and in sneaky.

Rain in this game is just beautiful, sound and lighting in general are top notch.

One more perk and I'll be able to conjure two dremora lords at once, then be ready for alduin world-eater.

Dawnguard was good, just make sure if you become a Vampire get rid of that shit. It's cool at first but having to wait till night gets abit boring after a while.
