Are you sure about that? Rodgers' tactics allow his teams to dominate possession without any real end product. We saw that a lot last season under Kenny and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating seasons I've ever watched.

If we end up playing like Swansea then that's great, but it desperately requires a much much better final ball.

Our playing style deteriorated badly over the length of the season. We were not able to keep the ball, and relied on moments of magic from Suarez, Gerrard, and, dare I say it, Carroll. I did not really see any cohesion in the team whatsoever (except for the back five).

Torres definitely made the right decision in leaving Liverpool. He's already won the FA Cup without lifting a finger watching Chelsea embarrass his old club, he's won the European Champion Clubs Cup, and now he's won the Golden Boot and the European Championship with his country, in a squad I doubt he'd have even made the Spain squad if he'd continued to languish in mid-table. Not to mention he's earning a lot more than he's worth.

What do you guys think, do you respect his decision now?

Of course. Chelsea are going to win more trophies than us for a long long time.

Don't think anyone REALLY thought he'd made a bad move in terms of football, you could probably find comments that would make a lot of us look stupid, but they would have been made out if anger and bitterness. For the majority of us it wouldn't have taken long for us to realise he had made a good move, but on a personal level, I know it's about trophies, but on a personal performance and the relationship with fans and status within the game I think the move could have gone better.
Looking back he probably wouldn't change it though, he's got his priorities, and it's worked out for him. Especially if he can hit his personal top form, however unlikely that may be.

Always said that i could totally understand why Torres wanted to leave Liverpool, its just the way it happened and some of the things that was said. The only thing ive got totally against Fernando Torres is him talking through the Hillsborough silence in the FA Cup semi final, but other than that and a few things that was said ive nothing against him. And as i said i could totally understand him wanting out of Liverpool and especially the way things were going at Liverpool at that time.

What is your favourite goal celebration?

I have a few. I always kiss my right wrist for my daughter (her name,
Delfina, is tattooed on it) and I kiss my finger for my wife. My other
celebration started when I was at Ajax. I spoke to my wife and to my
brother because I wanted a special celebration. When I was a child I saw
many players with their own regular celebrations such as Alan Shearer
and Ronaldo so I wanted to have my own.

When he scored against us he kissed his skin on his arm, I wonder what he was trying to say with that.

Hopefully Charles Adam is deployed properly this season and not forced to play alongside Captain Fantastic. Gerrard's return signaled the end for Charles last season, really.

I believe our dear Scottish hero Charles Graham Adam will have to up his game a considerable amount to even get close to the first team.
