But the most important thing are the results and we still get them.ResurrectionRooney wrote:Kuled wrote:I don't see how we've declined in the last few years since we've only lost the league twice by one point and the other being goal difference, plus we've reached the Champions league final only to lose out to the best team of all time. I don't see that as a team in decline at all.
If you want to see how we've declined don't look at the results, look at the team and the ability of the players in it and compare it to their counterparts 4 years ago.

This. There's a difference between a decline and one bad season in Europe, would have thought that would be pretty obvious.Kuled wrote:It's not going to happen again, it was a blip.ahlycotc wrote:ManUtd are definitely in decline in Europe. We saw that this season.
If anything we can really only get better in Europe, considering how poor we were out of the blue last season.

Sure, ManUtd probably won't get knocked out of the group stage again next season, but I still don't see them getting in the semis even.

Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
I'm not concerned about the quality of our players, people always glorify players that have left and underrate players at the club. I guess people don't remember but everyone used to talk endless amounts of crap about players like Oshea, brown, Sylvestre, Fletcher, Carrick, even scholes back n the days when he stopped scoring as much as he used to. Basic fact is I've been around long enough to here all this shit over and over again and there's never anything to it. Our young players will get better, the team wll gel more and we'll be back with the best in Europe again in not too long.

This is actually true to an extent. Obviously it's not all Koreans and Japanese who hate each other but their is some left over resentment from when Imperial Japan pretty much raped and pillaged the Korean people for quite a while.SophisticatedBeggar wrote:Kuled wrote:Park has an Asian friend
From what I've personally experienced, Japanese and Koreans despise each other, as well as the Chinese.
Empires suck balls.

Conflating results and the quality of the side is a stupid mistake.Kuled wrote:But the most important thing are the results and we still get them.ResurrectionRooney wrote:
