Also at this, he wasn't mentioned because the positions he plays best aren't priority for us, but he'd most likely improve us.. I don't think we particularly need him.

Why can't Ferguson convince players that we have a better project than managerless Chelsea?

That makes it even worse. He clearly has some desire to play for a team with history, but Chelsea still managed to convince him to sign for them above us. Someone isn't doing their job properly.

    He's going though isn't he.

The team is getting younger. People overreact a little with calling it an "old team".

They've had an offer accepted and are discussing wages. Considering they paid Hazard a ton of money I don't see how Hulk is walking away from those negotiations disappointed.

It doesn't have any quotes or anything and it's just rumours that a deal has been confirmed, they just drag out any bit of news and exaggerate it.

The Guardian is usually pretty reliable, more so than Sky Sports news in fact.

I just believe SSN more because when they make stories, they base it off real quotes which says that they're interested in a specific and not just go off a story where Hulk has "Hinted" at a move and say they've confirmed a deal. This is just my opinion btw.

Or you could look at it as a team that has dominated the league for years, nearly won it this year.. and if he signed.. strengthening with one of the best young players around, surely the fact he could have chosen us says we were prepared to pay big money as well?
