If we scored 3 more goals, we could of had a ratio of goal/game of 2.0

As it is, the average comes to 1.996. I think we can go ahead and round that up by .004 and call it 2.

There are no "ifs" in the Premier League, so wipe that silly notion out of your head.menalawyerguy wrote:As it is, the average comes to 1.996. I think we can go ahead and round that up by .004 and call it 2.

My twitter feed just went nuts with rumours that Malcolm Glazer's kicked the bucket.
Turns out some bellend started a bullshit rumour.

If Malcolm Glazer made that we have problems.
Best part of the rumour is that MirrorFootball tweeted it too, purely because they read it on twitter, and then later tweet "other people who aren't dead today:..."

"I do not know when a decision will be made about my future club," he told the Belgian media after training with the national side.
"It will be between Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea.
"The final choice also depends on how much play that I would get and the position where I play.
"Not everyone can say that he can choose from these three clubs."

Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
on hazard, honestly am shocked we are willing to spend that much on a player that plays in positions that we are far from weak in
if he wants to play alot and replace a star like ronaldo he is welcome. if he just wants to be another star in a star studded team then he can go to city, if he wants to play alot he can choose chelsea
i mean if he is serious about wanting to go to a club where he will be guaranteed to play when fit then it must be between chelsea and man utd

He'd easily start on the left anyway, it's just not a necessary position to strengthen in.

What kind of midfielder do you think you need most, ball winner, deep lying playmaker, box to box?

All 3 lmao. Strong FM.Gatsby wrote:What kind of midfielder do you think you need most, ball winner, deep lying playmaker, box to box?
But seriously, Carrick is good and in the deep lying playmaker role, we need a ball winner and someone more creative.

Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
ball winner and deep lying playmaker ideally like liverpool had in 2009 (i think) with mascherano and alonso.
but i would take just Modric (who goes forward and joins attack too) and then we can do with current midfielders till next summer
if we could find a cheap ball winner though that would have been great, cause our defense gets soo exposed. newcastle signed tiote for £3.5m!! why cant we find someone like that maybe we arent looking

Lassana Diarra wouldn't be bad.

Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
but as RR has said we have far too many midfielders as is to sign 2 more
i still think fletcher wont come back and scholes/giggs wont play much so i think we would be fine signing 1 midfielder without having to sell one
