That includes a mouse & keyboard as well. If you go to a local computer shop, like local store i.e. not a chain, they can build you one. It's much cheaper.

Well if you buy one for the price then it'll be good for about 2 years. PC games these days are developing rapidly and every year they're demanding better and better specs. A more expensive computer will be worth it's money in the long run since you won't end up in this situation again where you'll have to buy a completely new system just to run a single game. The only actual computer we have in this house is this tiny desktop that about the size of a box of chocolates. Processor, Video card, everything about it can't be swapped out.
I CAN play D3 on it, but even on the lowest specs, the game runs like a powerpoint presentation if there's more than 10 characters on screen.

Again, they usually come with the cheaper laptops. Chipsets or 'family' graphics cards are built in because people who buy cheaper laptops are usually business users who don't need it for gaming. Mine is decent tbf, cost me around £600 I think. Wouldn't have bought it had I known then what I know now about computers.

Yes it can... 500W is more than enough to run that system, which is a good though so the rails of the PSU aren't under heavy load constantly..
