I was sort of working out how many hours I'll be free during the holidays which are 13 weeks so pretty much 3 months, and I reckon I could at least fit in 10 hours a week, so even at minimum wage, £3.68 at 10 hours, £30.68 a week, for 13 weeks = £398.84

Any job that pays £3.68 = .
Even in this job market you can do better than that with no experience at all.

Don't know who he is, but that's an idiotic statement. Henry was much more complete, and consistent. The latter also wasn't a diving pansy.

If you're smoking all day you want some money to fund it
At the moment I'm on worse, as I'm on an apprenticeship, but for a normal job that's not enough. Sure you can sit around but ultimately it's better to earn more. You're not getting any good experience sitting in a van either so will be hard to get a better job.
IMO even with no experience £1k a month is the minimum you should aim for.

Re: Chat Thread
No idea yet crump, but wherever I end up I'm guaranteed that money, if not more depending on where I go. Looking for a job now cause my exams are nearly over, and other people will be looking for a summer job, or even one before college, so if I get one now I should be okay for the whole summer then.
And that's only going on minimum wage and only 10 hours a week. I could end up with 18 hours a week at £4 an hour.

Thought about becoming a life guard? Decent Summer job, you can get lots of hours, good pay and you don't particularly need any experience.

A small town just outside Wolverhampton (not giving anymore info to you stalkers ), I will be learning to drive soon though so when I pass my test I will have much more options.Lux wrote:Splashy wrote:
