I would say that our squad is better than Evertons.

I'm quite sure we have a better squad, we just had an out of date manager in charge last season.

Those results are misleading, the table never lies.

That must mean that Newcastle has a better squad than Chelsea, really?

I am not sure, Everton has a better GK, CB, LB, ST, LM, RM, and at least one better CM than us in their starting 11.

Bar 2-3 players Newcastle have a better squad.

Just looked at the teams in Europa League, quite good. Hope we get Inter Milan in a semi final. Anfield will be rocking again

I think there's a difference between having a better squad and having a better team. Chelsea have a better squad than Newcastle when talking about individual players, but Newcastle have a better team, taking into account team spirit, how effectively they work together etc.

I agree, but if you look at our bench, nobody really inspires confidence except for Maxi, who really shouldn't be on the bench anyway.
