mata didnt do any of those nice skills or great pass i think because against barca and bayern he is told to do more chasing than that and anyways he doesnt get th eball in good area against those good team

but i think him and lampard did amazing those little triangles today that keep possession going even though chelsea didnt see much ball but they did it a lot and gave their other players a nice rest with good retention

The creative players always suffer when a team plays like that.

Just got in, what a sack of shit that really was lets be honest. Anti football, combined with luck that went Chelsea's way a lot of the time. They only had one proper chance and took it which is fair play, but to say they deserved it is just... idk. Bayern didn't even show up today, they played their hearts out against Madrid but today every position they got into they flopped, felt on purpose sometimes.

Not even bothered that Chelsea are the first london team to win it, they spent so much money and their fan base consists of glory hunters. Good thing too, considering I won't get shit from many actually around here

Fuck watching that as a Bayern fan. I'd be in tears of disbelief. Not having it their way in fairly recent CL finals.

Bayern too had their "written in the stars faith" as this was their 3rd final in 13 years, lost the last 2, went through against all odds in Madrid and the fact their at home as well, but Chelsea faith was set out from when Messi missed his penalty that was it, Chelsea won it then (well in my head)

Tbf, they did have the better of Madrid if I recall correctly. Dominated them at times. But for this, they didn't turn up, neither did Barcelona in the previous round.

This season just went to a new level of shit. Glad it's over.

People who keep on "lol"ing at people who are bitter towards Chelsea make me want to kill myself. If you're not a Chelsea fan, a fan of English football or a fan of a direct rival to Bayern Munich and you were happy that Chelsea won, you're probably not a football fan. No actual football fan would try to condone the pathetic performances that Chelsea kept on providing us with. A football fan wants to be entertained and Chelsea did everything they could to prevent us from that. How many shots on target did they manage to conjure in their last three Champions League. They were extremely fortunate to win and while I'm sure their fans don't give a fuck, they won't earn a nickel's worth of respect from me or any true fan of football. And what makes it all so much worse is that this is a team that has had a gigantic amount of resources at their disposal and this is the best they have to offer. Several hundreds of millions spent in less than a decade and the only way they could win the Champions League is by regularly putting out that abysmal brand of football.
