5 interviews in the past 6 hours have gone from the attitude of Molde being "Well he went to talk to them, and we're a tad disappointed with that, but we will work together to win the title this season" to "He's a traitor, he's a crook and we hate him". I would be VERY surprised if Solskjær bothers with these fools much longer.

The 3 questions were along the lines of,

1. Will you be in charge of Molde all of this season?
- It is hypothetical, but if I get an offer, I will leave as soon as I can, preferably after the match against Hønefoss next friday.

2. If you leave Molde, will you take any one of the staff with you?
- Yes, Mark Dempsey and Richard Hartis (the two coaches OGS brought with him from United).

3. If you leave Molde, will you take any of our players?
- Yes, Magnus Wolf Eikrem.



Seems pretty much a done deal now and it is when and not if he will come.

After watching some videos, hearing interviews and reading articles, I think it could possibly be a stroke of genius getting the guy in.

Some are worried about he is just using us as a stepping stone for the United job - however to do that he will have to get us into the top 4 at the very least, and win some silverware!

Lerner has to be willing to spend money to get you moving in the right direction.He'll have to have a major overhaul this summer too.

Yeah 100% to both of these, however if Lerner is saying 15 million transfer funds, and whatever you can generate through sales, with the amount that will probably leave I'd say that's at least 25 million to spend, at least.

I'd like to see him do well, he seems like a nice guy and it's always nice to see a young manager do well.
