It's great at times. Sunday is a good example. I could just sit back and enjoy the fiasco without particularly caring who comes out on top.
When it comes to other sports, like ice hockey for example, I'd much rather see the Detroit Red Wings win the Stanley Cup than USA win gold at the olympics. But all in all, I'd rather see USA win a World Cup than any of my club teams in any sport win their league.
