I used to hate that pre-exam build up sitting at home doing last minute revision (which works surprisingly well)

I suppose in theory, the more you write, the more likely you are to at least mention a few of the correct things in it all somewhere, so it should be worth of a C - just due to the fact that you've got the right answers which should be a page, but you've wrote it in about 4 pages

The first two questions are designing pasta products, then you have to write about how you would make a pasta product, how you would market a pasta product, who pasta products are aimed at, why they are successful, why are they unsuccessful, what are the functions of the ingredients in pasta products, do the ingredients in pasta products fit in with the recommendations of The Eatwell Plate/5 A Day..... ect. ect.
