I have been talkin about Junior Hoilett for a month now, he hands in a transfer request and Blackburn are asking for 4.6m. I offer that and they still reject?
Is this a bug.

Is there no feature where you can declare interest for a job when a manager is insecure anymore?

Yeah, you can. Go to the squad and then the top right it should say 'declare interest' or something.

My England team are playing well.
There is still life in a 4-4-2 formation.

I'm using an intense training schedule, but I'm getting a lot of injuries and a few upset players. So I'm going back to the medium intensity training.
Sanchez got injured while playing for Chile after 86 minutes. I'm going to yell at him like Guardiola did.

Is it just me, or are Dortmund ridiculously inconsistent in the game? It's baffling. Some of my recent results:
Dortmund 8-0 Wolfsburg
Dortmund 1-3 Hannover
Dortmund 6-2 some random team
Dortmund 1-2 Hamburg

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
Maybe you have players with high ratings in the inconsistency attribute. But I doubt that is the problem.
Are you changing your tactics depending on who you face? Because if you are just playing with the same tactics/philosophy, it will might not work against stronger teams.

No, I never change my tactic, but it got me 194 goals in 1 season with Arsenal, so I doubt the tactic is the problem...

That's the problem. You need to change your tactic before each game. If you are playing with an attacking philosophy, you will be in trouble if you use it in a away match against a strong attacking team.

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
My Millwall team has been so inconsistent this season. Top scorer is from the wing (James Henry) on 10 goals. Andy Keogh got injured for 5 months and i''ve had bad luck with other injuries. I was 15th 3 weeks ago, now i'm 7th, 3 points off a play-off spot with 4 games to go.
I am shitting myself. Just beat Doncaster 7-0 though so I am confident.

I don't know...I hate changing tactics. In my Arsenal save, I have used the one tactic for over 10 seasons.
I just think I will never find me another tactic as good as this one, and all the time I use another tactic, I'll be thinking about how much more I could be scoring. If you find another tactic where you can thrash United 11-1, pm me...

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
yes!!!!!! won the 2015 Champions League final. that makes it 3 champions league trophies in a row now. david pizarro and cristian chivu retired after this match, but totti's still going
this season i also won my first FM12 treble
the final was vs napoli, only the second all-italian champions league final in history. i didn't win brilliantly, but i'll take it

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
damn i couldn't sign 33-year old kaka on a bosman transfer like i had planned
he decided he'd rather retire than join roma as a rotation player
so i signed him as my new first team coach instead
oh and for the record, this means kaka is retiring earlier than totti lol

guess who got MOTM tho... GOMES! lol
Gomes is actually unbelievable in this game. Easily one of the best keepers. Absolute beast, bought him for 7mil in my Dortmund save after he got next to no playing time at Tottenham. He has been ace. Bought him in another save I played a while ago, and he was still playing amazing at 36.
