It can be more beneficial to keep him in the youth team if you have good facilities than loaning him out to some shit league 2 team or something.

How often do you schedule in rest periods? I give all players 2 1 day rests each week, if that is what you mean shifty

Do you advise against individual using training focus? I have no idea what that means as i have never done training on FM as i have never understood it shifty

Schnix, what are your training schedules like, and do you rest players by any kind of standard to avoid injuries? Smile

lost my first match of the season =[

tottenham 1-0 roma, they had to score from a set piece, and i had derossi/lamela suspended/injured

it's okay though. i won the first leg 3-0 so the 1-0 is meaningless What a Face

and i still have a 100% record in the league

i'm the wrong person to ask. i haven't signed a single regen for Roma yet and i'm in 2015. i assume you mean tutoring? but i haven't really done much of that. i really should. a lot of my young players are lacking in their "aggression" attribute, which can only be increased through tutoring

i also heard (but i never tried) that if you tutor a younger player, he may pick up some PPM's from his tutorer. so if your tutor has the PPM "looks for pass rather than shot", there's some chance his tutee will have that PPM after their training period

Yeah, I edited my post to tutoring. Laughing

Thanks, but yeah I've never really done it either. Don't really know why, probably just laziness.

I'll give it a go though.

yeah for me it's just part lazy, part because i don't have that many players that need tutoring. most of my players are 21 or older now so they can't be tutored

i remember in FM10 (or 11 maybe?), there was no age limit. i took a run out with man city and had tevez tutoring robinho lol

I've had a shit ton of injuries from trying to train my players too much, but yeah. Been playing 4-5-1 for awhile, and my striker gets a lot of goals, but nobody else tries anything but shots from far distance. Went back to 4-4-2 and won a game again finally. Smile

There we go, 2 in a row now and this one was huge. Was up 3-1 until Beckham scored a FK at like 85'. Was scared as hell after that. Laughing

    Done the double in Denmark.

Won the league, without losing a game.

Got to the Champions League first round knockout.

Might resign, and wait for the right job to come.
