I just destroyed top of the table Sheff Wedesday 4-1 at Broadhall Way, 22 shots to their 4 my team is decent but i'm overachieving it's so easy to motivate lower league players too.

I don't replace my original players at Saints.Jelavić7|EFC wrote:Also, do some people play players over other just because they prefer them in real life, like even if someone else is better?

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
Should be revising for exams this month, but end up sitting playing FM in library all day. Always gets more engrossing this time of year.
In fourth season with Blackpool. First season finished top and won FA Cup. Second and third season I finished 7th in the league but missed out on Europe because shitey teams won the cups. Also got a new stadium built, 28k seats.

I'm kicking ass with Stalybridge Celtic in the BSN. Sitting in 2nd place with 6 wins, 2 draws, 25 goals, 6 against.

You mean FMRTE for FM12? Since they went pay to use I've not touched the program.

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
I really want to play FM 10, however I am playing on a netbook and the game is not on steam. Has anyone got a Custom 2009-2010 season database for FM 12? If anyone can find one than it will be extremely appreciated.

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
Gays, I'm going to give you my reasoning for 3 potential saves.
Thoughts guys? Which is the best?
Germany:- Making a new dominant force in Germany and Europe
Nurnburg:- Bavarian club, derby with Bayern Munich, Wiessmeier, Klement, Mak, Pekhart and Mendler are -8, 10 YC, 14 YF, 9 YR, 1 Jew to sell, 48k stadium, 68k potential.
Koln: Based in the north west, derby with everyone there, Podolski, Clemens is 150 PA, Yabo, Horn and Weiser -8, no Jews, 50k stadium, 70 potential, 11 YC, 15 YA, 14 YR.
Hoffenheim:- Based in the south, derby with Stuttgart, Firmino -9, Rudy, Gulde, Volland -8, no Jews, 11 YC, 19 YF, 8 YR, 30k stadium, 50k potential, sugar daddy.

I lost my first ever game with Stalybridge. Lost 2-1 to Tranmere (L1) in the FA Cup First Round. I hit the post once and had 2 goals called off for offside.

I don't get why people are so upset about FMRTE not being free anymore. You can donate just 1 Euro and use it. It's worth the money if you like using FMRTE.

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
i've un-quit FM12. i'm back now
i fucking hate FIFA12. i want to play ranked matches online but i don't want to use the new "tactical defending" controls. they're fucking retarded. i know i can use legacy for offline and unranked but i feel like i need to "practice" using "tactical defending" if it's going to be required for ranked games. i tried using it a few unranked and offline matches but failed miserably
plus i don't have the time/patience to learn these stupid controls so f u fifa! i boycotted fifa10 and fifa11. now i'm probably going to boycott fifa13 as well unless they bring back classic controls for ranked games
just loaded up my FM12 Roma 2014/15 save. it's been so longggg

Won the BSN title with 4 matches to go and in the final of the FA Trophy against Fleetwood in my first season.

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
Beat Fleetwood 2-1 to claim the trophy. Fleetwood ended up winning the Blue Square Premier, so beating them is quite an achievement. I think with a couple of improvements to my squad, I could win the Premier next season too.
