Its took Theo 6 years to make one cross every 5 games to RvP. Pathetic.

He's still almost two years younger than Gervinho. Gervinho hasn't even shown promise this season. I'd argue that Walcott looked more promising at 19 than Gervinho does now.

We are talking about now not 6 years ago (In which he was 17).

If Walcott could be more accurate with his crosses that could work, Vermaelen is immense in the air so we would score a ton of headers.

When he says dangerous he means will run at your fullbacks 100mph without the ball.

Yes, that's one. Name a couple more where he's displayed genuine promise. I tried thinking about it and that was the only match that came to mind.

He has just got here and been in and out of the team, I will let him settle properly before I give him shit. He just needs to learn the other players games and get a good run to turn out consistent performances imo.

Gervinho has been a big disappointment tbf, expected a lot more from him. Theo and Fonseca have been right about him so far, they were terribly wrong about Koscielny though Official Arsenal FC Thread - Page 3 3925848005

Thing is with Gervinho, although he looked decent before the ACON, easily getting past defenders, making good runs and get into scoring positions, he obviously lacked end product. Now, after coming back from the ACON, he seems to have lost his good traits. Yes, this might be his first season in the EPL, but there's another ACON next season, so he won't be able to fully adapt once more and who knows how he'll come back from the next one.

To be true to him, he does give his all to help the team and does his defensive duties and I don't think any player that has played at the ACON has come back without looking worse than before, injured or fatigued.

Now, for my conclusion: it's all Africa's fault.

Nah, really, this sucks, because he did show some promise before the ACON, but simply lacked end product and seemed to unlucky and clumsy at times. I'm not giving up on him yet.

Well he was one of France's top defenders when they reached the Champions League final in 04, I'd rather start Gervinho than Walcott any day and I'd rather have Bendtner in midfield instead of Ramsey Neutral
