It depends on who can cope with the pressure. Crawley and Torquay have stuttered in recent weeks where as Southend have found their form. Crawley and Torquay also face tough away games in Accrington and Hereford who are fighting for their lives. Can see them both dropping points here. Southend however, have relegated Macclesfield who haven't won for 23 games and looked hopeless the times we've faced them this season. Against the better sides they just sit back and play for a 0-0, so all Southend have to do is score then they've won the game.
Southend it is.

Game isn't even all ticket
Can see it being carnange on the day. I'd love to run on the pitch whilst your fans are celebrating or rioting and plant a CTFC flag into your centre circle .
I'll try and decide over the next few days what i'm going to do. Your game is just perfect for the neutral.
or rioting If we go down and Torquay pitch invade then it will get pretty nasty.
The flag would just get ripped up like Shrewsbury's at their ground I'm so fucking nervous for this game already, stomachs keeps turning.
On the subject of tickets, it looks like we are seeing our potential fanbase turning up for a change. I believe a new ground would add a couple of thousand to the gates!

Good.
Doncaster and Coventry can buzz off....and Pompey's shit anyway so don't mind
Charlton + MK Dons or Stevenage coming up to the Championship will be good

I would have liked Coventry to stay up instead of Barnsley.
Charlton, Wednesday and MK Dons as well as Wolves, QPR and Villa will be in the Championship hopefully.

Coolhead where do you think we'll be seeing the away fans next year? Didn't Bates say moving them to the West was an experiment, because if so it clearly hasn't worked so hopefully they'll be back in the cheese! Much preferred them there.

It's not good for me, matches cost a hell of a lot more to go to and It means I have to travel a lot further. At least we have Donny to face!Lux wrote:Trent wrote:League One is going to be like a Southern League next year

I'm not sure. Did it cost money to move them into the west? If so then I doubt they will be moved back but Warnock might persuade him. I can hear the away fans a little more in the west but it seems less intimidating or whatever than being stuck in the corner I think. I reckon the crowd has played a part in the form this season, teams aren't afraid to play us but our own players are because of the negativity. If we are optimistic then it should rub off on the players hopefully.Uncle John from Jamaica wrote:Coolhead where do you think we'll be seeing the away fans next year? I hate being stuck in the corner at Leeds, makes us feel like we're being crowded in by Leeds fans.

The most intimidating part about Elland Road is the fact it looks like it is falling down and needs revamping. I could have climbed on the scaffolding in front of me if I really wanted to, surely that isn't safe.

I've been to Elland Road twice, Lost 3-2 once and Lost 4-0 the other. Not the best of grounds for me.

Yeah that sounds dodgy! The away fans do get alright facilities in the cheese wedge though, plenty of tables to sit at with your pint before the game! Only place in the ground that has them except a few outside the East Stand (not sure if they'll be there any more now though)James wrote:The most intimidating part about Elland Road is the fact it looks like it is falling down and needs revamping. I didn't mind the corner at Leeds. We held our own at the very least. The cave like entrance where the food was pretty decent...spacious and unique.

"Bury fans had their work cut out devising a chant for Lenell John-Lewis with his double-barrelled name, but they excelled themselves. Although they did a different rendition at The Valley, apparently the original chant was to the tune of 'La Donna è Mobile'. They came up with 'His name's a department store, you know he's gonna score'. Brilliant!

I think the biggest fright I've ever had at at stadium is at Hillsborough. 7,000 Hull fans and right before half time me and my mate wanted to miss the queues and get some food. We hadn't taken anything on the coach thinking we'd get something before the game, but we didn't get off the coach till 5 minutes after kick off.
Well Barmby scored, we missed the goal... The place felt like it was gonna collapse from underneath, screamed like a girl
