Berbatov did play that season you know, Last 2 years 5 in midfield hasn't work, and Rooney just gets frustrated.

Poor team selection by Ferguson has more than likely cost us the title. Why Park was chosen to start I'll never know. Not blaming Ferguson solely for the loss, but he should never have started Park, Jones or Giggs.

Rooney and Welbeck on the wings, Berbatov in the hole and Chicarito up front
I mean, it could be a disaster, probably would, but it would be entertaining at least?

Rather go out with a bang than a whimper.

Agreed, but I seriously blame SAF for the loss. The team was pretty much set-up to lose. United couldn't attack because of the shape and team selected.jeb4eva wrote:Poor team selection by Ferguson has more than likely cost us the title. Why Park was chosen to start I'll never know. If you are going to play 451 atleast play with a midfielder who can take on players and attack.

I want to make one, but it seems other members beat me to it every time by starting them like a week in advance.

How about we go out with a normal team and win both of our games and begin to realise one slip up from City and we can still win the league.Laurencio wrote:Rather go out with a bang than a whimper.

We'll need to be attacking though, so we have 2 chances of winning.kyro7 wrote:How about we go out with a normal team and win both of our games and begin to realise one slip up from City and we can still win the league.Laurencio wrote:Rather go out with a bang than a whimper.

Rooney tracking back wouldn't be a huge issue, and you still have 6 players on the pitch to defend. Doubt we'd concede 5-6 goals because we played 4 forwards, two of which who operate like wingers.

You're so traditional Kyro, where's your sense of adventure? Besides, I don't think even ManCity can fuck this title situation up.

We wont make up the 7 goals, the only way we can win is on points, they have QPR at home.Andy wrote:We'll need to be attacking though, so we have 2 chances of winning.kyro7 wrote:How about we go out with a normal team and win both of our games and begin to realise one slip up from City and we can still win the league.Laurencio wrote:Rather go out with a bang than a whimper.

Still think performances like this are acceptable? Ferguson is consistently out-thought in the biggest matches. Last season at Wembley was embarrassing, tonight was even worse. The really frustrating thing is that no fucker ever questions his position, he is untouchable and he knows it. His time should be up, but he has a guaranteed job for life.
