    Evra -- Rio -- Smalling -- Rafael

    De Gea
You obvious have never watched United before....

One up front is the wrong choice, Did you watch the game ? once we had two up front we were better.

Should of played the usual line up.

    Rooney-Welbeck
    Young-scholes-carrick-valencia
    evra-ferdinand-smalling-rafael.
    de gea

We would have won the game.

We lost the game by playing Giggs and Park, we usually play 1 striker anyway...

Super, we were better with Welbeck on yes, but that could be down to the fact City were 1-0 up and weren't attacking as much, we still created nothing throughout the 90 minutes, if we didn't concede to a sloppy corner, we kept City out, and that would have been enough.

Definitely a good thing you lost against Wigan, gave the players a good wake up call.

Looked more likely to at least carve something out with Welbeck on. Maybe if we'd started with him, we would have and maybe scored..

    Hindsight is fantastic though.

To be honest, I don't think Smalling was bad aside from the error that cost us the match. shifty

But to be honest, I'm losing patients with Jones.

Phil Jones going forward makes me sick. It's like he's forgot what he did at the start of the season.

I think Nani was pretty bad too, didn't really look match fit at all and had several terrible touches. Park was average too, and well I dunno what Jones was playing at...

Danny wrote:Phil Jones going forward makes me sick. It's like he's forgot what he did at the start of the season.

I just don't see why anyone would pick Jones ahead of Rafael. The little Brazilian is a firecracker of a player, yes he can get a little aggressive at times but Jones is equally bad if not worse.
