He'd wanted to leave in the summer and fell out with Davies. The fans fucking hated Chambers, especially after January, and wanted Wilson back in the team. Davies just insisted on being a cunt about it and wouldn't even let him use the training facilites. Nothing to do with the quality of the player, although he isn't very good.
