Nah he punches him in the gut, you can tell the way he's so aggressive even just the way he's aggresivky standing.

When you punch someone in the chest you gain more power by pushing your shoulder into your movement, that was a blatent punch

Of course it wasn't conventional, he was doing it whilst trying not to make it obvious.
