Giggs isn't really a winger and Park is shit. He could play on the wing but only as a sub because he doesn't have the fitness but he does provides some good deliveries. Park if often played in CM as well

Giggs started out wide against Norwich, played the full 90 and scored a stoppage time winner. 
And I'd guess the majority of his appearances last season (certainly in the winter months) were spent wide left with Nani on the right due to Valencia's injury.
Don't see the point of buying another winger when we have 3 very good ones, and a further 2 options there.
