Trying to get this Ghanaian regen. He looks great for 19. 17 marking and positioning for a center back.

the roma board's pretty impatient in FM. i won 85% of my matches and i only lost 2 games out of ~100. it happened to be a 0-7 loss in the napoli derby and they sacked me after that 1 game, even though i was still on course on winning the treble. i had to reload the game to keep my job. felt so guilty when i beat napoli the second time around =[

if only the roma board were that impatient IRL. i want luis enrique gone already

if you're willing to try again, play 4-2-3-1narrow and 4-3-1-2 for big games. it's done me wonders so far. and never play totti as a striker, always AMC lol

Really? Surprised Most Roma fans want him to stay and do his 'project'

I will try later, but now I am focused on getting Leiria to the PPL. Teeth

Oh, and Walter Mazzarri became manager after I was sacked. I was 4th when they sacked me, but they don't sack him when he finishes 7th? Weird. Sad

most roma fans i know want him to stay too. but honestly, imo, i haven't seen any change or improvement since LE took charge. up until around mid-february, i was still one of those roma fans who wanted him to stay. but things aren't picking up, not at all

every roma match is the same this season, 60+% possession, opposition has more shots on target than us. i thought we were the bomb when we beat inter 4-0. but then after the next few fixtures, i realized we're weren't that great. inter was shit is all. we're failing to beat garbage teams. and those same garbage teams are beating inter

Bale is better than Alba currently. but Alba is better in the long run. and being spanish helps because he doesn't need time to adapt or learn the language

neither defend particularly well though. go with Jose Angel from roma. best all around left back there is in the game. he can attack, defend, and create. this is a screenie of him in 2014 (and he has yet to fully develop). he also makes a good central midfielder too if you retrain him

I have started a save with 1860 Munchen. It is going to be tough, board seems reluctant to give me any sort of financial backing Sad

but I have some decent players and they have a excellent youth facilities so hopefully I'll breed my own stunning youth Very Happy

Is there any way to change the primary position, such as making someone like Otamendi change his primary position to RB?

no, but if you train someone long enough in that position and use him regularly in that position, he eventually becomes "Natural" in that position

yeah, i had a similar problem with a youth player who's a natural DM but only light green as a MC. and my AI youth manager never plays him because he doesn't use DM's. so i had him train as a MC and forced him to play some reserve matches as a MC. after a few months he became natural in both the DM and MC position. now my youth manager uses him all the time

look at your club's team report and look at the position strength profile. your ass man will always play the player with the highest star rating for that position. so if you look at your DR column and you have some players who have more stars than your out-of-position DC, they'll play there more often than your DC
