These guys like winning. Hopefully it continues at Liverpool.

I'm not talking about the kits, I'm talking more about the general clothes that the clubs sell. Liverpool have got some great clothing now...mainly due to Adidas. You see the Adidas jumpers and polo's and they're really nice. Would you wear one? High chances are you would.
Are you gunna' wear Warrior clothing? That's my only worry.
Anyway as the story goes, prior to the Warrior deal. We were locked in talks with Nike for a long time, over them becoming our sponsor. They approached us, as they wanted to expand the brand more on Meseyside, as Nike is very popular here. Was told they offered us a very lucrative deal too and we still turned them away as Warrior blew everyone out the water.
Just hoping it pays off.
Keita would be a fantastic signing. Cheap, good, and able to cover most of the midfield.Mustangt125 wrote:There's Obama spending more taxpayer money on entitlements
Keita doesn't really seem to fit the FSG mold. He's 32. Having said that he's hardly going to be getting more time in the Barca side.

Scott said it didn't feel like a victory.ResurrectionRooney wrote:I read an article yesterday in a daily newspaper which said that while the record books may show that Liverpool won on Sunday, deep in their hearts, everyone involved knew that when you get to the stage of a penalty shootout against Cardiff in the Carling Cup, there can be no victory, only degrees of defeat. I have to say it struck a chord with me, when we won our last two Carling Cups our players celebrated them appropriately for a club of our size, but my overriding emotion was not one of joy, it was one of guilt, because the trophy would have meant so much more to the opposition.
Are there any decent people here who felt the same on Sunday?

What are you implying?

How many times have United scraped the barrel for results? Wasn't there a season where you had like 9 or 10 own goals go in your favour? Didn't hear you lot complaining about how that didn't feel like a victory then.

What do you mean by 'scraped the barrel' ? I can't remember us ever going to penalties against a Championship side with our full strength team out, I'd be very embarrassed at that, win or lose, it certainly wouldn't feel like a victory.
