Not really, I compartmentalise it. When Im on here, obviously Im thinking about it, or if Im with my mates and we're talking about it, but I can switch out of that mode. I dont see how you can really spend too much time on it, unless it genuinaley impacts on your day to life

Just had a horrible thought that I'm not 100% sure I handed my folder of a shit load of work in after school the other day. If I've lost all that work I will kill myself.

I spend too much time thinking about social issues I have very little control over. I probably don't spend enough time thinking about football to be honest. Usually after a match, I forget about it for the rest of the week.

Admittedly football is not that important to me. Ironic since I spend so much time on a football forum and consider myself quite knowledgeable about Mexican football.

I also think I invest too much emotionally too, it can make me feel like shit all day if City have had a bad result and honestly it doesn't seem worth it.

I don't really talk about football here, I like the general chat here.

Football talk constantly gets boring.

When I'm sleeping, I too think of stuff out of my control.

Mostly because usually sensible intelligent human beings turn into moronic, deluded, raving lunatics when it comes to football.

I usually just talk about football with certain people, and obviously on here.

Depending who I'm with, I can switch off away from anything to do with it.

My weekend is based around it though. United, Burscough, Madrid, whatever.

I don't think football really has a big influence on me. I still like it though of course. Plus I can only really talk SPL to people I know in real life.

Yeah, football is pretty much my entire weekend but besides that it's not that important to me.

Inverness CT. I sometimes get involved with discussions but I'm not a huge EPL fan, which is what 95% of the talk on here is.

I know what you mean about it ruining your day and all that, but thats just part and parcel of it, I couldnt ever just stop watching football.

My book hasn't come yet.

I forgot to mention this the other day but I was at McDonalds filling up my drink and just started to sing this song randomly to myself.



And the people behind me complimented me. God, I was so fucking embarrassed.

I start talking to myself at random times. Usually keep the moments away from crowds though. I remember this one time I was struggling with this problem for about 10 minutes, and then I saw the answer immediately. Called myself an idiot audibly and a someone passing by my table just stopped and stared for about 3 seconds.

I think I have an overactive imagination. Sometimes I play out possible scenarios in my mind so that I'm ready in case they ever come up.

When we went to Mexico last October, I knew that the guys I was going with probably didn't think about bringing blankets even though we were going to spend a few days sleeping in the Escalade, so I brought a few extras. Brought back the "mom" nickname.
