Guardiola is a no nonsense guy. He will not get a long with Terry and Lampard, so I doubt he would be there long enough to actually fix Chelsea.

Not getting on with Lampard and Terry could be the best thing for a new manager, so he can get rid of them. Guardiola won't take it though.

Yeah, but that was what Villas Boas was trying to do when he get sacked. He had a problem that he had to wait until the summer because Modric and Moutinho amongst others wouldn't be available until then.
