The fact all of these managers were playing him doesn't make him underrated nor judges his qualities. Dunga isn't that good a manager either. And the current Brazil coach Menezes doesn't have that many other options in midfield tbf. I might hate on him a bit too much, I know that he has certain qualities but he's rated about right in general.
