Seems like people forgot all about our last visit to Loftus Road and the shambles of a refereeing performance there then...

Sky Sources: Kevin De Bruyne having Chelsea medical today but will be loaned back to Genk when deal is completed for rest of season #SSN
Why are we loaning him back out.

Because he would have as much of an impact as Romelu "I won't be loaned out" Lukaku had

Well tbf, what do you expect from Lukaku, he's only 18 in his first 6 months in English football

"Regarding the forwards, we looked at the options but the problem, in that sense, was that there are clubs asking for a lot of money and there's not a lot of money around, in society or in football clubs," he said.
"We have to take responsibility in making correct market judgements and buying accordingly.
"We have to understand that the January market is extra inflated. You have to take that into account."

Re: Chelsea FC Official thread
With De Bruyne he might be going out on loan again next season. Could loan him to Lille.

Re: Chelsea FC Official thread
Yeah but for some reason he refuses to be loaned out, quite a big step from the Belgian league to the PL, expected to fight for his spot with the likes of Torres, Drogba and Sturridge, also Anelka was preferred to him a few times iirc. He's very talented no doubt but a loan move to a smaller club would have done him well.Sean wrote:Well tbf, what do you expect from Lukaku, he's only 18 in his first 6 months in English football

Lukaku is good enough to play regulary though. Torres has gotten a lot of chances, while Lukaku who has looked fairly good when he's played hasn't gotten anywhere near that many.

So so much potential to be world class, hope AvB let's him run out for 20+ mins tomorrow, doubt it though.

Re: Chelsea FC Official thread
And I agree with Lukaku, I reckon he'd play regularly if we gave him at least 30+ mins a game for the next few. Just to see how he does

You should be happy about that considering how much he favoured you in Old Trafford at the end of last season.Moose wrote:With De Bruyne he might be going out on loan again next season. Could loan him to Lille.

Couldn't hurt to play Lukaku against weaker teams or bring him on when winning.
I like the look of him, his movement is great, touch is decent (world class when compared to Ramires) and he's always alert of players around him.
