The main difference is Celtic's wage budget has been significantly higher for not far off 10 years.

Juarez only plays well with Mexico. Totally flops everywhere else. Just been pretty much kick out of Zaragoza some people consider him the worst right back in the leauge.

He's on his way back to Celtic.
