From what little dutch I understand:

1- Martin Ferguson(SAF's brother, and a scout for ManUtd) was on the stands to watch Eriksen against ADO Den Haag.
2 - Bayern are also after him, apparently.
3 - Muelensteen confirmed our interest in him saying: (roughly, excuse my cruddy translation here"

"Yes this is a player that is on our radar. Anders [Lindegaard] (I think) has a very high opinion of him"

"He is a type of player that we are looking to buy/transfer. But he's not the only name on the block (so to speak)."

You could use google translate shifty

Manchester United on Sunday during the league match of Ajax with ADO Den Haag (4-0 victory) sat in the stands for Christian Eriksen (19). Scout Martin Ferguson, brother of manager Sir Alex Ferguson saw the Danish talents account for the 1-0.

United follows Eriksen already but is not the only international club that the sight of the Danish international has directed. Bayern Munich wanted to capture talent in 2010.

Previously confirmed assistant coach Rene Meulensteen interest in Eriksen. "Yes, this is a player with us on the radar. But it should also. Otherwise you have such a good football player, no opinions. "

"It's true, that a player like Eriksen in our policy of transfers would fit. But it is not that his name here lately emphatically circulates. "

Rene Meulesteen is a gobshite, he comes out with so much nonsense about players we're supposedly going to sign. Stelklenburg, Sneijder, now Eriksen, is seems like if you play in the Netherlands and have a couple of good games, he'll claim we're interested.

We were interested in Sneidjer, and we probably did have a look at Stelklenburg at one point before settling on De Gea.

well duh he is the fucking manager rofl he aint gonna let a player run the club is he

No, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't listen to other people's input rather than making retarded decisions.

Also, you know you always go on about how the Glazers are stopping Ferguson from spending money, remind me whose fault it is that Magnier and McManus sold their stakes?

I don't see Eriksen as the type of player United would buy, the reason being he's a conventional attacking midfielder and in a line-up where United tend to play two holding players in the middle, he would need to displace Rooney in the line-up.
