Could have been 3-1 easily if it hadn't been for that spastic though. He can't be expected to stop shots from 5 yards, or shots coming frominside the area after he's made a save.
If we can't field any midfielders in our most important game this side of the year, we need to buy at least 3 midfielders.

Who's fault is it if it's not his? Who built the team? Who failed to sign a central midfielder in summer while letting 3 world class ones leave? Who picks the team? Alexander fucking Ferguson, that's who, and it's his fucking fault.
I guess it was Fergie who missed the open goal today?
or Fergie who let Frey run for the second goal?
or Fergie who sent off our best centre back to a yellow card foul?
or Fergie who messed up his clearance to give Streller/Aimar a goal
Mistakes by the team and individual players are pretty hard for Ferguson to change no?
We've played shit before and qualified in first (last year comes to mind) its just this year we missed chances and made mistakes in defence.

Going to be so strange seeing you and Manchester City in the Europa league. It might actually be worth watching now.

Last time we went out of the group stages was in 2005. The following season we lost in the Semi final, we then won it, lost in the final the season after, made the 1/4 finals, then made it to the final again.
We'll be back.
We'll be back.

Yes but we were building a good team then, Ronaldo and Rooney maturing etc.. our team is actually shit now so it's not comparable.moscowmadeit3 wrote:Last time we went out of the group stages was in 2005. I'm aware we're shite and not good enough for the Champions League but I expected better from Manchester United, especially in that piss easy group

Could have played Pogba and Morrison and we would have been better off. No energy and no creativity screwed us over in the middle.

There was no danger of finishing 4th when they let people like Galati into the tournament. Even Leeds would have got at least one win over them, I'm sure.

It was Ferguson who bought the players that did all of those things, it was Ferguson who didn't buy the fucking players that we needed in the summer.Anderson=Class wrote:ResurrectionRooney wrote:

Carrick
Anderson - Obese, injury prone, extremely inconsistent
Giggs - Winger, nearly 40
Fletcher - Permanently injured, shit
Cleverley - notoriously injury prone
I realised in the summer that having such central midfielders would cost us, why didn't Ferguson? The answer is because he is not as knowledgeable about football as I am. He should quit tonight, and if he doesn't, the Glazers should fire him and bring in Capello.

Why didn't he keep fucking Hargreaves? What logic is there behind turning down a player who will cost you absolutely nothing?

Hopefully Dimitar Berbatov will finally be played and will show Ferguson why he should always be first name on the United team
