Ridiculous decision. Unless you ban every player that dives for 2 games and then where do you draw the line? I mean I want to see players punished for diving, but you need consistency. Plus, he's being banned for the same length of time as Rooney

A two match ban is suitable punishment for a player who dives to win a penalty. Rangers have a tradition of diving and hopefully they will realise there are consequences.

And that's unfortunate (although a few of the videos are of players no longer with us).

I'd admit that Lafferty and Broadfoot are the worst culprits we've had for a while, Naismith had one earlier in the season too, but Celtic certainly went through a similar spell with McGeady and Nakamura and the like.

I'm not going to get into one of these Old Firm arguments, but just wait until another player in the SPL dives and there'll be a fuss made about that because of this.
