No, but I studied Philosophy, and the philosophy of religion was my strongest module by far. The subject was taught by a man who also taught RS. There were weekly mandatory RE lessons as well, but nobody really gave a fuck in them.

I'm an atheist, but I don't really care if someone believes in religion or not. It's just important to find something that you can believe in. If it consoles someone that there might be an afterlife, why take it away from them? I don't think either side should push their beliefs onto one another. But I do think religion has slowed scientific advancement quite a bit.

And Zzonked, that's kind of what I think the meaning of life is, to accomplish something with it so you can be remembered once you're gone. Otherwise what was the point of being here anyways?

Russell isn't actually my name, it's the name of my pal that I was in that class with, and I'm already a prominent and widely respected member on RedCafe, I tend to refine my views a bit before putting them on there though.

I don't know, at least you'll have a legacy to live on. Regardless of good or bad. Even you don't exist anymore, don't you still want people to remember and think about you sometimes?

Basically just care for others and put them before yourself. Think Einstein said something about it, but from my experience so far it's definitely been true. I used to be a lot more selfish and I was just unhappy, now I try to think about other people more and I'm much happier. Learnt it from my mum.

You definitely do, and there are mandatory 1 hour RE classes every week. Saying that, I'm not sure how they'll enforce it next year, in my day they'd withhold your EMA if you didn't show, with that being scrapped there's fuck all they can do short of throwing you out.
