Yeah, he fell off the face of the earth though.

Failed at Milan so far but he's quality, his style fits a lot to the Prem as well.

Capdevila isn't getting in to the Benfica squads lately.

Marcel Schmelzer would be the best possible left back we could realistically sign in January tbh.

Realistically? Cup-tied in the Champions League, integral part of the best team in the Bundesliga and only 23 years of age. Not realistic in the slightest.

Being cup tied in Europe isn't a huge deal. Its not like we're going to go far in the competition anyway. Getting 4th or above should be top priority. Spurs, Chelsea, Utd and City don't look like budging as of right nowilJuventino wrote:Kuled wrote:Taiwo Watched him last night and he just kept hoofing back to the opposition. Not to mention he's cup-tied.

My friend I am pretty certain he does not play for Bayern Munich. I also believe he was close to leaving BVB January 2011?
Only 23 years of age is a good thing when talking about Wenger signings right
But I shouldn't get too picky to early. For all I know we might actually sign Wayne Bridge

It really wouldn't. We have no left back available at the moment and signing one in January on loan or permanently could mean the difference in finishing 4th or dropping out of the CL spots and probably ruining the short term future of the club.ilJuventino wrote:grenade187 wrote:

It isn't a huge deal, but for a "short-term emergency loan" such a move would be a waste, in my opinion.
