What would be the first thing you did, and why?

This is what I would do:

Though I wouldn't settle for any Euro Million.....I would go back to the week before someone won the biggest victory....so I would win the week before they did

Going to the past is irresponsible, due to butterflys, no matter how minor.

I'd go to the future and come back, get rich etc. Though I wouldn't do it in such an obvious way like lottery's, I'd do it by the stock market, or Forex or something.

If your not upset by butterflys and assuming if you changed something to make sure you never existed in the future, you still exist in time... then fine.

I'd tell the fuckers after Grunwald to not stop the war against the Teutonic Order and completely wipe them out which means Prussia = Gone. I'd then make the Polish King have more power over the noble Szchlata class which would mean Poland never would loose the war against Austria+Russia (Assuming it would still happen with Prussia = Gone), which would mean Poland remained as one of the most powerful states in Europe throughout history.

Also to take care of butterflys, I'll make sure they re-conquer Silesia from the Czechs/Austrians...
