Just love how he completely rapes the best left back in the world. Leaves him for dead.

It's a fantastic goal. Adams pass was just so Alonso esque.

I can't decide which goal was better. The first had sublime one touch passing and great decision making. Bellamy's feint completely fooled Luiz. Suarez's involvement in the 1-2 pass was beautiful and Maxi's finish was so clever, dinking it around a lunging Cech.

The second goal was stemmed from some nice pass and move on the left hand side by Enrique and Downing, then Adam got it and delivered it perfectly to Johnson, who then destroyed the best left back in the world and slotted it past the best goalkeeper in the world and the best centreback in the world.

Too hard to decide which goal was better. I would go for the second one for the sheer happiness of it being the winning goal. People thought it would be Torres or Meireles haunting Liverpool but alas, it was not to be. Beautiful irony that a former Chelsea player scored the winner against them instead.

That's the first time we've scored 2 at Stamford bridge in a long, long time. Beautiful. Chelsea just can't handle us these days. Did the double over them last year and already beat them comfortably this year. They're our easy team.

Yeah, we've beat Chelsea 5 times out of 6 since the start of last season, and there was a referee who gave everything against us in the other game. It's not that massive an achievement to do them over any more, especially without Essien.

When you look through their team and ignore their history it is a pretty poor team. Ivanovic, Ramires, Mata, Sturridge, Anelka are the only players I would consider good.

The only reason they won trophies, is because they had a billionaire when nobody else did which was an unfair advantage. Now that other clubs are being taken over by wealthy people, Chelsea are just average again. Man City are the new Chelsea, the only difference being that I can't see any other club catching them in terms of investment. Their owners are just too rich.

Yeah but he never plays, he wouldn't really fit the high line system that AVB is trying to implement either he got torn up by Shane Long earlier this season. Laughing

Drogba's still a very good player, I'd say. Still contributes to a large amount of goals, even if he hasn't really been firing this season.

Disagree, the 'past it' players just aren't being moved on quick enough every time they get a new manager in they always want to try their hands with the Drogba's, Terry etc

    Very happy with the win.

I need you guys to solve something. Was watching the game with bud who is a Chelsea fan and we differed in opinion. On Chelsea's goal, I thought Malouda was trying to shoot and it was just a mis-hit that Sturridge got on the end of. He said it was a pass, what do you guys think?

In hindsight, we should have bitten their hands off at the cash plus Sturridge if it was ever really offered. He'd be perfect for us right now.
