I need a PL team to play as. They must have quiet a few central defenders (as i'm going to be playing with 3 at the back against 2 man attacks) and good fullbacks/wing backs are a bonus. As are players that can be sold Razz

I did think Newcastle, they have a little money too at the start so I could buy an extra centre back and get a striker in. Also have lively wingers.

Strikers don't matter to me, i'll probably buy Wilfried if I need a striker anyway.

Oh, mid table or below. Not Aston Villa either because no one ever buys Bent. silent

Then you really can't go anything other than Newcastle or Fullham I suppose.

Sunderland really does tempt me, thought about them before. They have a pretty big squad though which is a pain.

West Brom could be an option. Although I wouldn't be playing either of them formations. 5-4-1 is the way to go against 4-4-2.

    ----------Foster
    -----Olsson-Tamas-Scharner
    Jara?------------------Shorey?
    -------Mulumbu-Dorans
    Brunt-----------------Thomas
    -----------Someone

Decent cover as well I guess, would need to get a couple of backup centre halves in.

The best thing is, Scharner can play all the way through the spine, which I love. What a Face Bielsa has sold his tactics to me, I want my centre halves all to be naturally central midfielders.

My J-League save is going well. Picked the team predicted 17th (Out of 18) and have won 7 games out of 7 and we are currently top. Beat some quality opposition too, such as Kashima Antlers.

Do you reckon he's going to be big in real life?
In Mexico yes, in Europe and the world probably not.

He's a good player but he doesn't score enough to be anything more than a very good player. What he does very well though is create space for the midfielder(in our case Marco Fabian) and score in derbys.

It's funny he'll go a few games without scoring a goal and then get a brace against America or Atlas. Laughing

To be fair, he is only 18 and starting for the biggest team in Mexico, sooooooo who knows. shifty

    Work Permits are shit Neutral

I don't understand them, they are racist

A white Brazillian always gets them yet a Black one cannot????

why should a work permit be the deciding factor in whether or not a player can reach his full potential?
