I try and I think it benefits me a little, can't do outrageous things like a top tier league with a mid table team though.

I just set up the same as I always do, only time I change is when I'm playing really hard teams like Madrid, Barca, etc.

Real Sociedad are quite good, they have a solid foundation. All you need is a new, poacher like striker, a deep lying playmaker and perhaps a new GK and you should have a team capable of a Top 6 finish.
