That's quite an interesting set of statistics, RobynVanPersie. I stand by my earlier statement, Janet should have surpassed everyone else in the competition and has more than enough talent to do so.

Kelly was only interested in Misha. It was so obvious.

It's rare that the person topping the votes in the early week wins the entire competition. Remember Eoghan Quigg? Exactly.

Hope Little Mix get to no.1, don't particularly like them but these campaigns are stupid.

Yes but he's the only one to have done it, hence it being rare shifty

Since they've released the voting figures...

Alexandra Burke (series 5 winner) topped the vote for 2 out of 10 weeks (one of those weeks being the final obvs) whereas Eoghan Quigg (3rd) topped the vote for 6 out of 10 weeks. Diana Vickers & JLS topped the vote for 1 week each.

Joe McElderry (series 6 winner) topped the vote for 4 out of 10 weeks (the final 4 weeks of the competition). Danyl Johnson & Stacey Solomon topped the vote for 3 and 2 weeks respectively, with Rachel Adedeji finishing 1st in week 3.

Matt Cardle (series 7 winner) topped the vote for 9 out of 10 weeks. But he's shit anyway.

No other specific results except for series 2 where they've listed 3 different contestants as topping the vote in 3 different weeks but nothing else Neutral

In general, lots of inconsistent voting due to the British public being fickle twats.

I hope they sack Kelly Rowland for the next series. Absolutely hate her.

She's a total cow, so full of herself it's unreal.

And her trying to be swag facepalm

Anyone else think if Tulisa was mentoring the girls and she choose to see Amelia over Misha B, the media would cry racism? shifty

How is she "trying to be swag"?

Perhaps, but she could always play the "but my boyfriend is black" card, as made famous by her predecessor shifty

Let's review the progress of last year's contestants, shall we? From best to worst...

    1. Amelia Lily

    TUUUUUUUUUNE

EDIT: Turns out Xenomania are behind this song. No wonder it's so good.

    2. Little Mix

Not a tune but still decent.

    3. 2 Shoes

    Totes hilarious.

    4. Ashley John-Baptiste (the one who left The Risk...probably a good decision too)

Not brilliant and a complete flop but I applaud the effort.

    5. Misha B

    Meh.

    6. Bradley Johnson (they shoved him in one of the boybands)

A total of £0.97 was spend producing this single.

    999. Marcus Collins

Definite contender for worst X Factor release of all time.
