This is why you shouldn't be a mod IMO. If we get some Billy Big Time like you coming in, making big changes, 'a proper clean up', someone who is 'not afraid' to do stuff then you'll change what the forum's about. I don't know about you, but I like this forum, that's why I visit it, that's why I post here.
I agree with you that the forum should be moderated consistently, but that's about it.
So you think having people openly trolling is a good thing then? The fact we have a trolling thread for people trolling other forums is stupid. That 'not afraid' comment is in reference to people I'd be closer to. Anyone that breaks the rules, get the same punishment as someone else, regardless of whether I might 'like' them over another person.

One of the reasons people might not think I'm a top candidate is that I'm not universally liked on this forum. I accept this, however I'm liked and adored by most, and while I'm disliked, even hated by others, I am admired and respected by all. Even the people who came into my 'What do you think of me thread' to try and abuse me, they couldn't help themselves but to shower me with praise for my intelligence, my articulate manner, how sound I am, and how I bravely put forward my opinions despite how controversial I know they will be. Some people struggled to admit how much they admired me, but we all know it's there.

We need another mod who is active at this hour. 2am UK time, Rei is good but he is busy sometimes and cant look at everything all the time. That arise thread posted by the reporter is not necessary, it should be closed and a warning should of been given.
In my opinion the other mod should be from the US, Canada or from some other time soon other than the UK.

It's a forum, I take everything with a pinch of salt, sometimes it's hard to tell when people are joking, other times people say things they would never say in real life, it is what it is.
