    Saw a guy do a workout doing the whole thing while on handsfree chatting on the phone. Wasn't even an important talk, just seemed like small talk. Not to mention he was grunting like a pig being anally invaded while doing shoulder presses with the bar alone. Laughing

    I don't think there is a specific way. I just started working out and eating healthy and it went away. Its nearly all gone now.

    Starting to think I'm struggling to put weight & size on. Going to start eating more...Was talking to a guy at my work who has worked in the business for a long time (work with furniture and constantly moving + lifting). He said it was very very hard to put size on seen as your always on the move, burning calories....
