    Dragon Age III:Inquisition

Post by Mouse on Wed Sep 19, 2012 2:43 am

We have a name and a release window of late next year.

"The Dragon Age team has been working on Dragon Age III: Inquisition for almost two years now," said general manager Aaryn Flynn. "We've been poring over player feedback from past games and connecting directly with our fans. They haven't held back, so we’re not either. With [this game], we want to give fans what they’re asking for -- a great story with choices that matter, a massive world to explore, deep customization and combat that is both tactical and visceral."

Like I said, not a whole lot of specifics, but Flynn did mention a bit about the engine. "At the same time, we know we need new technology to truly make this vision become fully realized. And we've been working with DICE to make Frostbite 2 the foundation for the engine that is going to power Dragon Age III."

If they take fan feedback and make a game more like the first one I will be fully erect. I don't want another shitty Hawke character though, customization plz.

I wouldn't mind another voiced character. What I want most is Leliana and Morrigan playing key roles, preferably recruitable. And a decent selection of endings. Pity I don't have saves from either of the last two games.

Relationships more like the first one would be good two. I enjoyed talking to all my companions, couldn't really do that in the second.

I'm glad they're been working on this for at least two years, seems like they're taking their time and listening to fans.

Skipped the second one because of this. Customization is at the heart of and RPG like this.

If that means they get it right, then I don't mind.

Video on there says you play as a human hero again, get to control and entire castle and Flemeth returns.
