Dragons are pretty simple to kill with bows. Just keep a good distance away from the and let your companion or guards take the damage. Takes a long time when you're low level obviously but once you level it up they are pretty simple. Killed Alduin (the first fight) with hardly taking any damage.

    Is Dawnguard worth it, gents?

I've been trying not to read through the thread, because I don't want to get spoilered.

Level 65. Reached 100 in archery, smithing, one handed, two handed, heavy armor, speach, lockpicking, sneaking, pickpocket and blocking.(92 in light armor too)

Haven't used a single spell in 135 hours of gameplay.

I'm about to break that streak right now. I've reached the college of winter hold and I can't advance the story without using a ward spell in my initiation.

Maybe, I'll postpone it and play dawn guard at last.

I feel like I'm going back on my warrior code of honor. Cry

Pretty neat reward for finishing the Dawnguard questline, as in
    Spoiler:
I can now blot out the sun for a decent duration. If I had been the good guy, I could rain sun fire down on my enemies. Scratch that, I can do both.

Tempted to pick this up on Xbox. Had it on PS3 but traded it in when I moved over.

Are the DLCs worth it? As I'd most likely buy them when I get the game.

Just bought the Dragonborn DLC, not played it yet though.

Is Dawnguard worth 1600 too? Got back into Skyrim a lot now.

Will there be another one of these? What are they called, Elder Scrolls games? I want to play it but it seems pointless getting Skyrim now, I was tempted to buy it at the time but the only people in my year who bought it were proper geeks, if another one came out now I wouldn't give a shit whoelse played it, I'd just buy it.

There'll be another one, but bear in mind there was a 6 year gap between this one and the last one. It's definitely not pointless buying Skyrim because it's going to be ages until the next one comes.

I wish there was more to Skyrim. The NPCs don't feel 'alive'. I mean you can't go an Orc and head to an Orc village and be welcomed, they just attack you.

I hope any next gen Oblivions feel like a real, living world were actions change your path, characters you meet on the road have amazing storys to tell of legends in the Oblivion universe. I can't be the only person sick and tired of fetch quests.

I got sick of them, they built up the radiant system to be some amazing game prolonging technology when really it just generates random fetch quests that are all the same in different locations.

Don't know why I haven't got this yet. Are there previous games before this one? If there are, do I need them for the story?

I didn't really know much about it though, thought it looked decent, different to everything I've played before, but the majority of people said it was shit so I didn't bother
